Since many items ship from all different parts of the country you can NOT return items to our business address as it will be refused and returned back to you.   Preferably use the same shipping method to return the items to the provided address; this address will either be a distribution center or the manufacturers warehouse.   For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure the package in the event that any issues arise during the transportation of the returned order.  All returned items must be in unused and original condition and in their original packaging (additional fees may apply if returned products are not in their original condition and packaging).  Many of our items are offered for sale with free shipping so for these items the actual outbound and inbound shipping will be calculated and subtracted from your purchase refund.   Since we offer you many different product categories from different manufactures with various return policy rules it is important to check the return policy on the specific item’s detail page under the “Shipping & Returns" tab.
