Customer satisfaction is what counts at 2decorate.com.
For any products that arrive damaged or with missing parts and cannot be fixed with replacement parts, 2decorate.com will pay for the products to be returned or arrange for a replacement parts to be shipped to you. If a customer does not want replacement parts or a replacement item, the product can be returned under our Standard Return Policy
Refunds will be processed once products are returned to the product originating distribution center.
- Return Procedures.
Before you return your item(s) you must contact us by calling 718-787-2000 or sending an email at info@2decorate.com stating the reasons for your return and to request an RA (Return Authorization) Number. All return requests must be filed within 2 days after delivery. 2decorate.com reserves the right to refuse return requests placed after the first two days of the product delivery.
An RA code will be issued and sent to you via email to confirm your request and instructions on how to return your order. RAs must be applied within 15 days of its issued date.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the product back at their own cost. Please wrap the package carefully. If the product is damaged while in transit back to the distribution center, the package will be refused. All items must be unused and in their original condition, in their original packaging. Additional fees may be applied if returned products are not in their original condition and packaging.
Preferably use the same shipping method to return items to the provided address; this address will either be a distribution center or the manufacturer’s warehouse. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure the package in the event that any issues arise during the transportation of the returned order. 2decorate.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. Customers will then need to file a claim with the carrier.
Obtain a tracking number or delivery confirmation from the shipper. Save this tracking number for reference if needed, until the manufacturer/distribution center has accepted the return. If possible, email this tracking number to 2decorate.com. Notify 2decorate.com when the product arrives back at the distributor/manufacturer. Once confirmed, a credit can be processed.
Refund processing occurs within 48 hours and an email confirmation will be sent to you once we have processed your refund. If original payment was made by credit card, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be accredited to your card.
2decorate.com cannot refund shipping and handling fees unless the return or exchange is a direct result of our error.
- Order Cancelation.
Because we work hard to ship every order as fast as possible, there is little time to cancel orders. If for any reason you need to cancel an order, change an item, or change the shipping address, please call us as soon as possible at (718) 787-2000.
Generally we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Therefore the sooner you call us the better your chance of catching the order in time. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return your item.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point and we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped a 20% restocking fee will apply (unless otherwise specified on the item detail page that you purchased).
• Orders that are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed with a 30% restocking fee plus the shipping fees for sending and returning the item(s).
• You cannot return items without receiving a Return Authorization or RA# from Customer Service with instructions and the address for the return. ***Please note that the address listed in our website is NOT the address for returns.***
