To return an item for an exchange or refund, please contact us via email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Usually items ship from different warehouses across United States therefore, it is very important to contact us so we can provide the correct return address. All returns are subject to shipping charges even if "Free Shipping" was posted on this item we will charge our "actual" outbound and inbound shipping cost. All returns for any reason are subject to a fifteen percent restocking fee plus the shipping costs.
