To return an item for an exchange or refund, please contact us via email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returns are subject to shipping charges even if "Free Shipping" was posted on this item we will charge our "actual" outbound and inbound shipping cost. All returns for any reason are subject to a fifteen percent restocking fee plus the shipping costs.
